WEvolve by Konstantinos Theodorakis
Konstantinos Theodorakis is an Occupational/Business Psychologist and Human Resources Consultant, as well as the founder of WEvolve.gr.
He was born and raised in Katerini. He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and holds a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology (MSc Business Psychology) from the University of East London. He also holds the license to practice Psychology (from the Ministry of Health) since 2016.
He has worked as a Head of Human Resources but also as an Occupational/Business Psychologist in large companies, both greek and multinational, in the field of tourism, offering his services in human resource management, psychology and counseling at both individual and group level.
In addition, he has worked as a Psychologist in the Greek Army offering his services, within the framework of his military service, at the Military Hospital of Alexandroupolis, but also as a Psychologist at a Special School in Thessaloniki.
Furthermore, Konstantinos collaborates with the leading Clinical Sports Psychologist of Greece and founder of the Center for Psycho-Diagnostic Evaluation (KEPSA) Mr. Anastasios Stalikas. Mr. Stalikas is a great asset for Greece since he founded the Ergometric center at the Olympic Stadium in Athens.
In the context of this great collaboration, with ΚΕPSA and personally with Mr. Stalikas, Konstantinos collaborates with leading companies in the Greek Market such as AEGEAN HIGHWAYS.
He specializes in Occupational/Business Psychology and Counseling (coaching, mentoring, leadership, job stress, mobbing, training and human resource development), and his vision is to help people achieve their goals, as well as discover their potential for what they are capable of achieving.
He also works with the Luxembourg-based Institute for Research and Human Development, providing his services as a Consultant.
He is a presenter of seminars on psychology, human resources, coaching,and leadership.
Konstantinos is also a Mentor in one of Switzerland’s largest mentoring programs, the Manatee Mentor. As a Mentor, he helps and guides people from all over the world to discover themselves and their potential in order to achieve their goals. Manatee Mentor is located in Basel.
Finally, according to the Influence Digest website, he is included in the top 20 coaches for 2021.
